The Pittsburgh Foundation has awarded MicroSociety Inc. a generous $21,132 grant to support our ongoing pilot of MicroSociety 2.0 at Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship. The funds will enable us to continue to work closely with the faculty at PHCSE on Micro 2.0 implementation and to develop important curriculum and instructional supports.
MicroSociety 2.0 enables digital-first MicroSociety that delivers high-quality, engaging online learning that prepares students for success in the high-tech world and workplace. Students run businesses, look for jobs and shop online, elect and lobby leaders, and bank virtually. They experience technology jobs like web developer, digital designer and data analyst that expand their entrepreneurial mindset, give them new skills, and prepare them for success in our tech-driven world and workplace.
Thank you, The Pittsburgh Foundation, for your support and belief in us!
