They also include on-line and phone support. A MICROSOCIETY Interim Assessment Report is provided following each training session. MICROSOCIETY Alignment Teams are break-the-mold organizational structures designed to reduce stress, improve morale and accountability, and to create unity of purpose. New teacher leaders help prevent burn out by evenly distributing school organization and management responsibilities of their choice across staff. At the same time, teachers provide input and their contributions to team success are celebrated. Incorporating Student Teams focused on the same issues (eg. Curriculum and Instruction Team works with student managed MicroSociety Department of Education) accelerates collaboration and empowers them to help solve school challenges.
